The properties are officially ready for occupancy from 2 p.m.
A few days before your arrival, we will either send you the CODES for the front door and your key box or, if possible, offer you an EARLY CHECK-IN (for an extra €30.00), which allows you to check in from 10:00 a.m. and pick up your key directly at reception.
Unfortunately, an EARLY CHECK IN is not possible on Mondays!
What are the departure times?
On weekdays we ask you to depart by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, on Sundays by 3:00 p.m.
You have the option - subject to availability - to book a late check-out (on weekdays) and can then use the accommodation until 15:00. This option can be booked at the earliest 3 days before departure.
Unfortunately, this option is not available on Fridays!
Are bed linen and towels included in the price of my accommodation?
If you have booked a holiday home, you have the choice of bringing your own bed linen and towels or hiring them from us for a fee. There are plenty of blankets and pillows available in the holiday homes.
The beds in the flats are already made for you and hand and bath towels are provided.
Is breakfast included?
No, we do not offer a breakfast service.
All accommodation is equipped with kitchens/kitchenettes for self-catering.
Is the final cleaning included in the price?
Yes. However, before you leave, you are responsible for separating your rubbish according to the guidelines and disposing of it at the central collection point. The dishes must be washed and stored in the cupboard, and the accommodation must be left swept clean. If you comply with these requests, you will not incur any costs, and our staff will take care of the rest.
What does it cost if I have to cancel my accommodation?
Our cancellation fees:
- from the 28th day before arrival 10% of the rental price,
- 20% of the rental price from the 20th day before arrival,
- from the 13th day before arrival 30% of the rental price,
- from the 6th day before arrival 50% of the rental price,
- in the event of a no show, 90% of the rental price will be charged.
Can I go swimming in the Kreidesee?
No - the Kreidesee is purely for diving.
There is a swimming pool in the village as well as outdoor pools and bathing lakes in the surrounding area.
Can I also book the dives with you?
No, please discuss everything to do with diving directly with the diving centre.
